What is Nuvie?

Nuvie is a furnishing service that offers curated, ready-to-deliver kits for renters, students, and newcomers. Each kit includes essential furniture and home items bundled into one convenient order — with delivery and optional assembly.

Do I need to assemble the furniture myself?

Assembly is not included by default, but you can add it during checkout. If selected, our team will deliver your kit and assemble it for you on-site, so you can move in without the hassle.

Can I customize what’s in the kit?

Our kits are thoughtfully pre-designed for speed and simplicity. However, limited customizations (like swapping a chair or removing an item) may be possible depending on availability. Contact us at hello@nuvie.ca to ask, if the option is not available on the website.

How quickly can I get my kit?

We currently deliver within 48–72 hours in Montreal. You can choose your preferred delivery date during checkout. As we expand, delivery times may vary by city.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve Montreal and surrounding areas. We're actively preparing to expand into Toronto and Vancouver.

Is this rental furniture or do I own it?

You fully own everything in your Nuvie kit — no subscriptions, no returns required. It’s your furniture to keep, upgrade, or take with you when you move.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the logistical nature of bundled deliveries, we do not offer full returns on assembled kits. However, if something arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll make it right. Just contact support@nuvie.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
